Birth of a Republic

There is unrest in the galaxy. Mysterious warlords threaten the loose alliance of systems in the Core regions. Dignitaries of all types have converged on the capital planet of CORUSCANT to discuss plans for defense.

Not all are so inclined for peace to reign. A Dark Side cult, known as the BROTHERHOOD OF THE NIGHT has become a constant danger to the galaxy and her inhabitants. The JEDI KNIGHTS struggle to band together to meet the deadly cultists in battle and defeat them once and for all.

The shroud of war has descended. The Eriadu Imperium may soon be drawn into the conflict, ostensibly on one side or another. But not all is as it seems when the Dark Side clouds everything…

Welcome to the Birth of a Republic thread! Here we will construct our own history of the formation of the Old Republic in the face of dire opposition and war through a character based RPG. Can the fledgling government withstand the trials ahead or will a republic of systems prove too difficult a challenge at this point in history?

Current Situation of Galactic Events

The Thyferrans and Eriaduans have been driven from Ossus by a victorious Confederate fleet, lead by the new "Titan" Class Battleship.

Vice-Admiral Mortrim Trivian has been captued and sent to ImperiousSullust for interrogation.


Characters

As the events of this time period are largely unknown, many if not all characters will be made up. When creating a character, use the following format:

The Confederacy of Core Worlds


Name: Darmas Kualan
Occupation: Director of Confederate Military Intelligence (CMI)
Bio: A cousin of the well-known High Admiral Helen Kualan, Darmas did not find his current position in the Confederacy with a lucky chance to show his skill as his cousin did, but was instead always looking to take up the position of Director of the CMI from the age of 18, when he enlisted in the Army.
Training in the same basic way as any other soldier did, Darmas was soon found to be extremely talented on the field of battle, and was enlisted by his superiors into the Confederate Commando Corps, where he trained in Special Ops and Communications. Coming out as top of his peers, he served with the Elite Corps at early battles of the Thyferran-Core War such as Ryloth, Bilbringi and Carida, where he assisted in the rescue of countless refugees, including his uncle and pregnant aunt, who soon gave birth to Helen Kualan whilst enroute to Coruscant, who would later grow up to be the High Admiral of the Confederate Navy.
After Carida, Darmas applied for a position in the Security Corps of the CMI, but found himself being offered a job as one of the Elite CMI Agents, a small group who acted as spies and intelligence-gatherers for the Confederacy. Throughout the years he rose through the ranks and gained himself a reputation till he was eventually made Director of the CMI after he rescued the Confederate Head of State from a blast which killed the then-current CMI Director.
He has unfaltering loyalty to the Confederacy the the cause of freedom, though he does bear some misgivings about the Confederacy getting too deeply involved with the Jedi Order.

Name: Ignus Fatuus
Occupation: Chief of State, Confederacy of Core Worlds
Bio: A Coruscant native, Fatuus has been a defining voice in politics since his early introduction into the galactic political scene. His father had been instrumental in the formation of the Confederacy. Now, the son attempts to continue in his father’s enormous footsteps. He has been at the forefront of several major reforms and has spearheaded a number of bold new changes. But his true purpose – and the fate of the galaxy – is yet to be discovered as he travels a deadly path through fate.


Name: Admiral Helena Kualan
Occupation: High Admiral of the Confederate Navy
Bio: Technically not of any nationality, as she was born on an unregistered refugee transport while it was fleeing the political instability of Carida some years ag, she is generally accepted as being a Coruscanti, as that is where the refugee transport took her family. She was raised there until the age of 15, when she decided she wished to pursue a career in spacecraft engineering, and purchased passage to Corellia. There she took up a course at Coronet University in Mechanics and Engineering, Grade 2.
She was told by her tutors, halfway through the course, that she did not possess the natural skills or abilites required to handle any career as an engineer, and was advised to pursure other paths. Taking the advice of those tutors, Helen signed up for a small-time job as a cleaner at the Fort Hulloric military base near Coronet City.
Still young at only 16, Helen worked as a cleaner for only six months before she was recognised to have a great natural skill for tactics. This discovery came about with a tremendous amount of luck, as one military officer had made the sarcastic comment on a colleague's proposed training scheme that 'the cleaner might aswell have designed it' sparking Helen to burst out her own criticisms of the proposed scheme.
Startled by the way the cleaner had managed successfully point out key faults with their current military procedures, the military officers decided amongst themselves to sign young Helen Junari up for the Naval Officer Training Course, on the firm belief that she had what it took to be a success.
She was returned to Coruscant where the Naval Officer Course took place, and studied and trained there for three years, till eventually she passed as the top of her class and straight into a job as a young 21-year old Lieutenant in the Confederate Navy. The first captain she served under, Captain Anza of the Battlestar-Class Cruiser, the Ulysses, recommended her to his superiors as a candidate for captaincy after a mere four years service as a Lieutenant. When Captain Anza was killed in a pirate ambush whilst travelling under light escort, Helen herself became temporary Captain of the Ulysses before the ship was handed over to another official Captain. Her work, however, had gained the attention of some high-fliers in the Navy.
At the age of 28, she was made a Captain of the Confederate Navy, and served well and loyally. Despite all these character traits however, it was her brilliant tactical mind that gained her the support of her superiors when she applied for higher-ranked jobs. As war began to grow more frequent across the galaxy, and casualties within the Confederacy were growing, Captain Helen Kualan soon became Admiral Helen Kualan, a position which she took very seriously and served with skillful brilliance. It was not long before, just under eight years after becoming a Captain, she was made the High Admiral of the Confederate Navy, making the ship she had first served on, the Ulysses her own personal flagship. She is now one of the highest ranking members within the Confederate Command Structure.


Name: Mortim Trivian
Occupation: Confederate Vice-Admiral and spy
Bio: Trivian was born and raised on Ord Mantel, an industrial world. Trivian was born to a minor industrialist, however he never truly knew his father because he was killed in a meltdown when Trivian was three. Raised by his mother and uncle, who had been having an affair since a year bofore Trivian's conception, Trivian lived an average lifestyle.
However he despised the planet of his birth, he saw it as dull, dirty and dead. Refuse was begining to pile up on street coners, and a few species could no longer live in it's troat-ripping atmosphere. A political idealist he headed for Coruscant and the Core Confederacy. He believed at the time, based on Ord Mantel's social system, thatthe way into politics was through the military.
He, of course, was wrong, howver he showed considerable talent in the field and was fast-tracked into the realm of officers. He served as a commander under High Admiral Kualan for many years, they were friends and even lovers at a point. He was promoted to Vice-Admiral after he brought his homeworld under confederacy control. It was here that Carri Planor embedded herself in his life, causing him to betray the Confederacy at the battle of Dantooine.
Because his distinguished carrear the CMI brushed the incident under the carpet and set him up as a mole, in ordetr to leak the Church's secrets to the Confederacy.

Name: Jutt Locasta
Species: Nautolan
Job: Ambassador for the Confederacy, Advisor to Head of State
Bio: Born into and raised by an incredibly rich family on Coruscant, Jutt Locasta seemed set to take over the vast trading empire of ship-building yards and trade-posts that were then currently ran by his father and uncle. However, when Locasts decided he wished to pursure a political career instead, his father and uncles had a huge falling-out on who the business was to fall to, eventually causing the company to be split up into several smaller businesses, diminishing their huge profit and the wealth that came with it.
Fortunately, Locasta was successful in his chosen career path, and was soon able to resume the life of luxury he had been raised in. Despite the raising his father had given him, Locasta was not snobbish or pompous, he had very basic principles which he stood by strongly. This did not mean he did not enjoy the high life of the rich and famous of course, and he often attends parties, meetings and other such occasions.
He does have a particular skill at diplomacy though, and this led him to become the official Ambassador and Spokesperson for the Core Confederacy, and he is a close friend of the Head of State, as he is also a personal advisor.

Name: Captain Christien Riken
Occupation: Captain of the Swift Class Corvette Imperious
Bio: Christien, also known as "Chris" was born in a poor neighboorhood on Courscant. He was barely schooled and actualy taught himself more than other people taught him. He longed to leave his neighboorhood and Courscant and head out to the stars. When he was old enough, he joined the Confederate Navy. He was assigned as a crewman on the Starship Shining Star, but it was destroyed in an engine faliure and he and only a handfull of other crewmen escaped. He was then reassigned to the starship Imperious as a bridge crewman. When the ship came under attack by Pirates, the captain was killed and Chris took the conn and repelled the pirates. He was then given permenant command of the Imperious after his heroism displayed in his skirmish with the pirates.

Name: Lieutenant Tollor
Species: Mon Calamari
Job: Lieutenant aboard the Ulysses
Bio: Kidnapped by pirates to be sold into slavery at a young age, Tollor was incredibly lucky when the pirates were caught by a Confederate vessel whilst enroute to the nearest slave market. Having been set free by the Confederate vessel, Tollor volunteered himself to stay on as an errand-boy for the officers on the ship, as he had decided that he too wished to join the ranks of what he believed to be the heroic Navy of the Confederacy. The officers of the ship, the Ulysses, humoured the young alien boy, but soon came to rely on him as their jobs became more and more busy with the onset of war.
In the years in which young Tollor entered Mon Calamari adulthood, he was still serving on the Ulysses as the errand-boy, but when the Captain, a man named Tizon Anza, was killed in a pirate attack, Tollor's good friend and Lieutenant aboard the ship, Helen Kualan, rose to become temporary Captain. When the Ulysses was handed over to an official Captain, Captain Kiolli, Tollor was promoted from mere errand-boy to Second Technical Officer, as Lieutenant Helen Kualan had reccommended him personally to the new Captain. Now an actual crew-member, Tollor soon proved his worth several times over, and Captain Kiolli soon made him First Technical Officer, and later on Lieutenant of the Ulysses when Helen Kualan was promoted to Captain of her own ship, the Virgil.
Tollor almost reached Captaincy himself, when Kiolli was killed in the war against the Inner Rim Warlords, but the day after his death Helen Kualan was made High Admiral of the Confederate Fleet, and took the Ulysses as her personal flagship, leaving Tollor as her Lieutenant.
High Admiral Kualan trusts Lieutenant Tollor more than most in the Navy, as she knows from personal experiences that the Mon Calamari will not let anyone challenge the Confederacy of Core Worlds and the principles it believes in without a fight.

Eriadu Imperium

Name: Xim Thano
Species: Human
Job: Emperor of the Eriadu Imperium
Bio: Born the 186th child of Peter Thano, former Emperor of the Eriadu Imperium and Xim's predacessor. Raised from an early age with the strict discipline characteristic of Peter Thano's reign, Xim Thano was finally chosen as the sucessor to the strict emperor and taught from an early age discipline and respect (All of Peter Thano's previous choices died of old age before they could ascend the throne due to his extreme longevity, a mystery to modern historians today, even ones so pentrating as Drawde Nobbig.) His father dying when Xim was only 17, the young Emperor spent a year in a quasi-regency with several prominent advisors ruling with him until he became the full-fledged emperor on his 18th birthday. Shortly after that he was to be married to the charming Kotrana Varless, a woman two years his senior of great charm and intellect. However, fate appearntly intervened. While at a raucous party (For the Thano's anyway) Xim was introduced to Arwen Natta by some friends as a joke (Although more likely Arwen herself instigated such a "chance meeting".) Using her considerable beauty, social connections and some unknown process, she managed to disrupt the union between Xim and Kotrana, causing an angry dispute between the two. Xim Thano soon after discovered Kortrana after her appearant suicide (with a holo-message indicating Xim's shortcomings) when he went to visit her private villa to attempt to make amends. Believing himself to be the cause, Xim was thrown into a deep depression (Perhaps recalling a similar incident early in his life in which his father ordered Xim to personally assasinate his older brother, Morgan II and his lover when the two were caught by the watchful eye of Imperious). "Inexplicably" Arwen soon surfaced again, using her charms and beauty to seduce Xim into marrying her soon after. Xim is totally devoted to his wayward wife, despite her serious shortcomings and general reprehensible actions. Xim is a generally soft-spoken, congenial man, quieter and academically focused, a radical departure from his father's energetic, stern, and authortarian manner. SSince his marriage to Arwen, Xim his steadily become less assertive and more passive, especially to her.

Name: ImperiousPrime
Species: Supercomputer
Job: Cheif weapons researcher, starship design and engineering, Palace security for Eriadu
Bio: The omnipresent computer inteligence in charge of palace security, Imperious is a sentient supercomputer serving as Xim Thano's cheif advisor. Beginning his existance slightly over 100 years before Xim's birth, Imperious began as a sentient 6 legged robot designed to assist Peter Thano in his daily ruling with his encyclopediac knowledge and advanced analytical capabilities. Gaining Peter's esteem, Imperious was gradually granted more duties, power and prestige (including, oddly enough, control of the kitchens, which occured when a tragic accident killed Peter Thano's favorite chef) until fianlly his mobile body was replaced with an intergrated supercomputer underground. Provided with cameraes and speakers in every room of the palace, Imperious was put in charge of palace security. Eventually, over time as Imperious's processing powers were expanded even further, he was made cheif weapon designer for the Imperium and has gained massive amounts of influence. Over the centuries, Imperious has expanded his mainframe to include data containers, memory nodes, processors and various interface units for kilometers under the crust of Eriadu.

Name: Imperious[Various]
Species: Supercomputer
Job: Various.
Bio: The Imperious versions that exist throughout the farthest reaches of the Eriadu Imperium, these are the creations of ImperiousPrime. Although each one is created more or less identical to the original Imperious, the variations in function and experience have created unique traits identifiable to each Imperious. The construction of each Imperious is totally unknwon to the outside world, as the original creator of Imperious has long since died and all subsequent versions were created, designed and constructed by ImperiousPrime and his mindless worker drones. Nominally, each Imperious effectively governs the planet it is assigned to, in conjunction with the various human goverors, ministers etc. Although variations exist in their construction, each Imperious essentially is constructed in the same manner, with the main interface areas on the surface, core processing, memory and mainframe functions kilometers underground, protected by the crust of the planet, ion resistant casing and various types of shielding. Thanks to the unique multi-tiered and seperated memory banks, each Imperious is essentially impervious to data failures, corruption resulting in fatal error, or other problems that tend to plague computerized entities. The Imperious versions are capable of linking to one another, but rarely do so. Typically, it is only between the major Imperious versions that any sort of communication is made on any signifigant basis. The fact that any collaboration exists between any of the Imperious versions is totally unknown to the outside, for the simple fact that noone else is ever involved in such discussions. Besides that, the encryption\decryption process of the datafeed is so tremendously taxing that all other functions must be slowed considerably to handle it. Just as ImperiousPrime, intended, this prevent the versions from collaborating anymore then is absolutely necessary. Although there is an Imperious for the vast majoity of Imperium worlds, only a few are notable. ImperiousCor, ruler of the subjugated world of Corellia has no proper speech pattern. ImperiousSullust has a dark obsession with death and runs a great many experiments aimed towards that. ImperiousKashyyyk is enamored of large industrial projects. ImperiousHoth, one of the several Imperious's totally unknown to organics and generally isolated from the galaxy, has developed a taste for killing, perhaps because Hoth is the center production for War Droids, a creation of ImperiousPrime.

Name: Arwen Natta
Species: Human
Job: Empress of Eriadu, wife of Xim Thano, other
Bio: A woman of ill reputation and somewhat shady past, Arwen Natta is the youngest daughter of the Arwen family, a wealthy and prestigous family of formerly good reputation and stringent morals. When Arwen's grandparents both died in a freak speeder accident, their vast fortune was divided among their grandchildren and still living children. Rather than remain in the luxurious but low-key estate of Natta Gardens, Arwen essentially left the family and started a radically different life from the one her relatives lead. Her radical departure from the mores of the conservative and strict Natta family generated massive media attention and Arwen soon became known as one of the leading socialites of Eriadu, dominating the headlines (and image spreads) of seedier holo-publications. After many high profile affairs with various wealthy Eriaduan bussinessmen, Arwen acheived a somewhat unsavory well-deserved reputation in many circles and is an extremely devisive figure. Her infamy only increased when she became a semi-regular dancer at the popular club "Eriadu Knight". Even though she posessed considerable wealth, Arwen extravagant spending habbits forced her to seek alternate sources of income. A year and a half of unsavory services later, Arwen finally devised the perfect scheme. Become the Empress of Eriadu and hence, essentially the single wealthiest individual in the galaxy. Manipualting the temporary breakup between Xim and his fiancee (and faking her murder as a suicide) allowed Arwen to scheme her way into Xim's heart. Currently, she resides as the Empress of Eriadu, a women of no modesty and less character. She has spent vast sums of money on parties, clubs, and retreats all featuring the basest of entertainment and services, going so far as to stock the palace with a literal army of such people, turning the palace into a kind of mega-brothel, something unthinkable a mere decade ago. Arwen is personally extremely beautiful and charming indivudal, with a sweet and innocent look that belies her demeanor. She has an extremely soft and soothing voice and is an extremely persuasive speaker.


Order of Jedi Knights

Name: Terrag Amayo - DSF
Occupation: Jedi Master; Lead Jedi Council Member
Bio: Wise and powerful, Terrag Amayo serves the knights well as a leader. Perhaps a bit too orthodox, it was he who banished Master Denor because of the latter’s practice of “revolutionary” training techniques that involve embracing the Dark Side as a means to an end. Nevertheless, Amayo is not a cruel man and took pity on Denor, giving him a ship with full hyperdrive capabilities so he might start anew far from the persecution of his fellow Jedi. He also was the main force behind the banishment of Rackar Frended. Amayo’s past remains a mystery to many, even himself. Most of his life was spent in isolated training to connect on a deeper level with the Force. Having no recollection of his childhood, he simply does his best to protect the Jedi Order and expand its knowledge of the Force.

Name: Andora Venorr / Wind Rider – DarkSideFire
Occupation: Jedi Master
Species: Angel (Angels live on the moon of Diego, they do not have wings of any sorts, and do not naturally fly. But they are considered to be some of the most beautiful people ever. Some claim that they were formed by the Gods, other claims they are Gods.)
Age: 28
Bio: Andora was brought to the Jedi and started her training at the age of ten. She was first discovered to have the force when her family was attacked and the three attackers ended up dead. One with his head crushed by a rock, and the two others by bolts of lighting. It seemed that Andora had the incredible talent to create force storms; this became even more apparent when she started creating miniature storms in her house. She also started levitating herself around the house along with other objects. Her parents became fearful of this and sent her to get Jedi training immediately knowing that their gifted daughter had to get control of her powers before something horrible happened. She went to receive her Jedi Training and though she wasn't the best in lightsaber combat she was amazing when it came to storms. She saved a planet from invasion by calling on a force storm to wreck the enemy ships that were coming through the atmosphere to land. She also became known to many among the order as well on different planets as "Wind Rider". She got this name when she rode the wind over the plains of Dantooine to fight the Cirath, terrifying beasts of the air that were plaguing and killing settlers, she rode the wind as if were alive to fight and vanquish the threats. She also saved nearly four hundred children from being incinerated by a bomb when she lifted them and herself with the wind and took them all over a hundred kilometers away to safety. She trained as a Jedi Knight and then later on when she was 27 she was accepted to be a Master. She has been a Jedi Master for little over a year but as surpassed many in wisdom and in power though she often receives correction from the other Masters for her mistakes she is still respected among the higher masters of the order. She is also an Angel, and she is considered the most beautiful Jedi of the Jedi Order. Sometimes her beauty alone can calm fights. Andora also is the mother of one son, her husband was a Jedi Knight and was killed a few years ago in a battler. Andora's son is seven years old and has been trainging in the ways of the force, he is powerful in storms like his mother and may even become more adept then his mother with them as he gets older. Andora is also one of the current six Jedi Council members, wise and respected she does her best to lead the Jedi Order.

Name: Teno’Va
Occupation: Jedi Council Member
Species: Togruta
Age: 62
Bio: Teno’Va was born to a middle class family and found early on by the Jedi Order. He was discovered to have an amazing force potential and was taken for training right away. His Master was a previous Jedi Council Member and together the two formed an unbreakable team. They completed numerous missions and by the time he was 29 Teno’Va was a Jedi Knight. He and his master still went on missions together, their last mission together was actually going to stop the Jedi Rouge and later Dark Jedi Dreadnaught who was leading an insurgent on the planet of Contruum. Teno’Va’s master led the Jedi team sent to capture Dreadnaught. Together he and his master, along with four other Jedi Knights infiltrated the palace where Dreadnaught was rumored to be. They confronted the Dark Jedi and attacked him but Dreadnaught was a better fighter then anyone of them had ever seen. He slaughtered the Knights with ease before continuing to attack Teno’Va and his master. In the end his Master was beheaded and his nearly lost his head. Teno’Va managed to flee however and retunred to Ossus to tell of yet another failed attempt to capture Dreadnaught. Realizing the severity of the situation the Jedi Council leader Terrag Amayo led another team to capture Dreadnaught. Teno’Va went with them and this time they captured and subdued the beast. He however managed to escape later on, but since he has not been seen nor heard from. The council voted and decided that Teno’Va should take his masters place. He has served for nearly 35 years on the Council and is a wise and powerful member. He also has trained three padawans already and all have achieved Knight Status, one of them even becoming a Master.

Name: Stranger
Occupation: Senior Jedi Council Member
Species: Miraluka
Age: Around 400 years
Bio: Stranger is one of the most powerful and mysterious members on the Council. He is the smallest Jedi Council Member, but one of the quickest and deadliest. He wields a rare silver lightsaber with power and knowledge that besets that of most in the order. His command of the force is also surprising, he is wise and powerful and very highly respected. He is also one of the quieter members in the order, not always speaking, but when he does one should take heed and listen to what he says. Stranger has served for nearly 300 years on the Jedi Council and is one of the older and most respected members. Stranger has also lived way past the life span of a regular Miraluka. Many believe that the force alone sustains him, which makes people wonder how powerful he really is.

Name: Ool Venoo
Occupation: Jedi Council Member
Species: Neti
Age: Around 2,000 years
Bio: The Oldest member of the Jedi Council, Ool Venoo has been on the council for over a thousand years. He is a skilled diplomat and also the Jedi Librarian. Although he is the oldest and by far the wisest member he still submits to Terrag’s decisions and bides by what he has to say. He is the father figure to most of the padawans at the temple and almost everyone in the galaxy has heard of him before. He is a well known and loved Jedi master, respected and cherished by all.


Name: Chet Venorr - DarkSideFire
Species: Half human half Angel
Bio: Named after his father, Chet Venorr is young and impulsive. Though he is only seven he had seen enough death to make him a rather hard young lad. He is strong like his mother when it comes to storms and she has been trying to train him in his powers, showing him how to control it and such though he hasn’t been the best listener. He can sometimes be a quiet boy that no one knows much about, but when he is angry it is obvious because lighting will begin to weave in his hair and his eyes will turn a deadly white color that lets you know to back off. He is extremely good looking though he is young and his mother has received numerous offers concerning marriage for the young boy.

Name: Taechor Tiin
Species: Iktochi
Job: Jedi Master - Member of the Council
Bio: Born and raised as any standard Iktochi, Taechor was discovered by the Jedi and whisked off to the Jedi Temple for training. He was trained by Master R'huhk, a Whiphid Jedi, and was noted to be 'quick to judge, but usually to judge correctly. He is a loyal member of the Jedi Council, with many years of experience. He is considered by the Senior Member of the Council to be a wise Jedi and a tough arm in a fight, his green blade being the bane of many enemies of the Order

Name: Seena Litasha
Species: Human
Job: Jedi - Padawan to Master Taechor Tiin
Bio: Raised by Taechor Tiin when he was stranded on her homeplanet, and found baby Seena on her own in the house in which her parents had been recently murdered, Master Tiin cared for her for almost 2 years before they were rescued. Over those 2 years, Tiin had managed to draw out the Force potential within her, so she was ready for training as a Jedi when they arrived at the Temple on Coruscant.
Raised with other Younglings, she was immediately chosen to be Master Tiin's Padawan at the age of 13, due to their past history and the 'fatherly bond' he had formed with her. She is now 19, and wields her blue lightsaber to deadly effectiveness


Brotherhood of the Night

Name: Aeler Darkvoid
Occupation: [Brotherhood of the Night] Leader
Bio: Aeler grew up with a dark secret. He had an unique ability to control the objects, sometimes even the people around him through fear. His dark ability grew secretly, clouding the Jedi Master who taught him the ways of the Force. When the time was right, Aelar rose up and slaughtered his Jedi Master displaying his awesome control over the Force to the other students. In a dramatic exit from the Order, Aelar grew close to the political figures in the galaxy. His dark abilities allowed him to complete tasks quicker and more deadly than any of those before him. Secretly, he sought out other students like himself, and forged the Brotherhood of the Night. Together this dark brotherhood grew with more power, secretly and in the shards of darkness. The Brotherhood's first demonstration of power, was the attempted assasination of Jedi leaders. Although their lives were not taken and many considered it a poor attempt, Aeler was able to gain support of General Ravenlocke. Their secret alliance would show the galaxy that their combined power would not tolerate incompetence and the dominion of fools.


Name: Deius Tarsti
Occupation: Brother of the Night
Bio: Unlike many of his fellow Brothers, Tarsti is not a fallen Jedi Knight. In fact, no one is quite sure just where he came from. Discovered by Aeler Darkvold on an expedition through the Outer Rim, Deius has proved himself useful due to his strange powers. Tarsti has kept these powers mainly underwraps, and when he does use them, no one is able to remember the details. However, Darkvold recognizes that Deius is highly skilled at what he does - perhaps dangerously so. He has taken an interest in the enemies within the Core Worlds...especially the Jedi Order. He is the Brotherhood's primary agent and liasion within the Church of Truth.


Name: Dreadnaught – DarkSideFire
Occupation: Brother of the Night
Species: Anzatii
Bio: Dreadnaught is basically what the names says. He is a massive man over 300 pounds and all of it muscle. He was originally trained by the Jedi but was later outcast for his violence. Though he could barley lift a rock with the force he was the most advanced and amazing lightsaber fighter the order had ever seen. He was later banished however for killing three Jedi Knights in a lightsaber duel. He was banished and basically went on a killing spree, he was unbeatable with his two lightsabers and many people fell before him. The Jedi Counsel sent out a number of Jedi after him to stop his wild killing spree but he mercilessly slaughtered them all. One of the Jedi teams sent to stop him had the padawan of Terrag Amayo, Dreadnaught slaughtered the padawan and it became apparent that something had to be done to stop him. He later killed several leaders of a world and staged a coup with him trying to place him self as the leader of the planet and the worlds around it. He took the planet and proceeded to take several more when the Jedi realized they were dealing with a mad man. This time an exteremly large Jedi strike team was launched with many Jedi Council Members leading it including Master Terrag Amayo and Master Andora. In the end Dreadnaught was over thrown and the Jedi took him as a prisoner. He managed to escape and after killing his guards he fled to a small planet where a certain man by the name of Aeler Darkvold found him and told him about his dark Jedi order. Dreadnaught agreed to join him and became his right hand man, Aeler Darkvold’s body guard as well as assassin. He could beat anyone in a fight and till this day he has not lost against any single opponent besides Master Terrag Amayo who he swears he will kill. Dreadnaught also has the habit of collecting the lightsabers of the Jedi he has killed. He currently has a total of 63 lightsabers, though he claims he has slaughtered more Jedi then that. He recently helped lead the attack on the current Jedi Council, though this attack was mostly a failure two Jedi Council members were killed in the strike. Dreadnaught himself managed to kill three Jedi in the attack, two of them being the Jedi Council members that were killed. This just further increased his reputation as a Jedi Slayer, a title he is happy to take.

Name: Kymber Lectrac
Species: Zeltron
Job: Brotherhood of Darkness Acolyte
Bio: A Zeltron from the planet Zeltros, she is a particularly alluring member of her species. Born force sensitive, she was easily lured to the darkside by the Brotherhood of Darkness. Materialistic to the extreme, Kymber cares for only two things, love and wealth, which the Brotherhood has provided for her in abundance. Always an admirer of Arwen Natta, the Empress has been her idol for as long as she can remember and she has always modeled herself after Natta. A woman who, like Arwen, has brought seduction and opulence to an art form, views Arwen as having fulfilled the ultimate goal of all women, having control over someone of vast wealth and power. Well, those who are capable of aspiring to such a thing, as she says. Strikingly similar to Arwen in all manners but species, it would almost seem as if the two are related. Hearing that the Brotherhood had brought Arwen into the fold, she jumped at the chance to teach her of the potential power of the force.

Appearance: Bald, muscular humanoid with bright silver eyes.
Weapons: 2 yellow lightsabres (able to be locked together to form a sabrestaff, concealed at hip), two curved ornate blades (strapped to back, visible), two blades (concealed in boots), 1 blaster pistol (strapped to thigh, visible), 1 longblaster (slung across back, visible)
Occupation: Member of the Brotherhood of the Night
Bio: A mysterious being of power, even Tionax himself has no clue as to the nature of his past. He remembers one thing, that he was strangled at birth and almost killed. This particular shi'ido had a knack for escape, and survived somehow. Though he is a shi'ido, he never uses his shapeshifting abilities. Instead he keeps the form of a tall, bald human with silver eyes. The eyes cannot be changed, and were shined artificially by a man he met in one of the many prisons that he occupied during his lifetime. The darkness that engulfed his memories ends at his eighteenth birthday. Already powerful physically, he was in prison for murdering a diplomat. He was apprenticed to a Dark Lord of the Sith, until an arguement over his lack of interest in using his power sparked a huge fight. Powerful as he was, the Dark Lord was no match for Tionax when he was using the full extend of his powers. After that fight he disappeared, and only just reappeared as a member of the brotherhood of the night. IN the intervening years, he did not use the Force once, preferring to rely on his massive physical prowess. He has perfected the art of melee fighting, and has never lost a battle in his entire life. His physical strength is matched only by his ability to disappear without a trace. A formidable opponent, not a single person has challenged him and lived to speak of it.

Warlords of the Inner Rim (Thyferran Alliance)

Name: General Ravenlocke

Occupation: Thyferran Alliance Fleet Admiral, Head of the Thyferran war effort
Bio: A keen military mind, a cruel will, and a bitter past –these things are the underlying components of General Balfur Ravenlocke. Born and raised on Thyferra, General Ravenlocke proved his genius at an early age. His battlefield tactics helped unite a war-torn Thyferra and subjugate all surrounding territories under a single banner – his. One day, a mysterious, black ship appeared above Thyferra, requesting an audience with the General. It was reluctantly allowed to land and thus Aeler Darkvold was introduced to Ravenlocke. Wooed by promises of galactic control, Ravenlocke then won the support of other Inner Rim warlords and launched his campaign of terror on the Confederacy. He was overthrown by the upstart Jabus Hemorzzin, a devious politican and a traiterous character, Jabus sent Ravenlocke to the frontline. Ravenlocke despises Jabus with every fibre of his being and seeks every oppertunity to plant a knife in the traitor's back. For now however, Ravenlocke is content to command the fleet in the war against the Core.

Name: Jabus Hemorzzin

Occupation: Lord of the Thyferran Alliance
Bio: A Thyferran since birth Jabus grew up in one of Thyferra's major families, son of the late Admiral Orin Hemorzzin. He was trained in the art of warfare since the age of five, but much prefered the subtle world of politics, and thwarted an attempt on his father's life from Ravenlocke, only to later join with Ravenlocke and murder his father himself. Creul and ruthless by nature he userped Ravenlocke three months ago. He indulges himself in personal fancies, always seeking to serve himself. Despite his wastefulness he is one of the more sucessful warlords, with a florishing economy he gives full backing to the fleet under Ravenlocke and the military under his own command. Due to his upbringing he despises the Core confederacy and often turns a blind eye to other matters if it means damaging them. His old vendetta with Ravenlocke is not forgotten, though he hopes to tie the man to him, he would hate to kill someone so useful.

Name: Serian Hidari – DarkSideFire
Occupation: War Lord
Species: Dashade (During the height of Dashade civilization, the powerfully-built people were ruled by aggressive warlords. The harsh conditions of Urkupp, the sun-scorched resource-poor home world of the Dashade, fostered a philosophy of rule by strength. When their early space faring efforts revealed to the Dashade a larger galaxy populated by Jedi and the ancient Sith, it only strengthened these ideas. The Dashade found allies in both the Sith and the Jedi. The ancient Jedi Knights used Dashade combat instructors to hone the warrior skills of their young Padawans. Not only were the Dashade physically resilient opponents, but they showed a partial immunity to Force-based powers. The Sith, too, employed the Dashade, as guards and assassins.)
Bio: Serian is the ruler of all the Dashade and a very aggressive person as are most of his people. Serian was born to two War lords, both of his parents ruled his people with a cruel and hard hand, and from the beging of his life he was trained in combat. Serian also is totally immune to force based attacks, many of his people can resist them but a few are actually immune to attacks from the force and he is one. He first earned his right as a commander when he slaughtered a Jedi and his Padawan. He later on killed his parents and took over the Dashade Empire; he called back all Dashade from other worlds and managed to cobble together a good size fleet and an army. He is a cruel being who enjoys the deaths of others, and would not hesitate to kill someone if he thought they were planning against him.

Name: Jiuan Stark
Species: Human (Thyferran)
Occupation: Vice Admiral of the Thyferran Navy, Commander of the 1st "Flaming Dart" Raider Fleet
Bio: Jiuan Stark, a Thyferran with ambitions, leads the 1st Raider Fleet, a fast force made up mainly of Imperator-class Heavy Cruisers and hyperspace-capable starfighters. His squadron has hit numerous Confederate fleets and outposts, harrasing them when they were weak. Their symbol, a flaming dart, named after the preferred assault tactic, is feared by Confederate crewmen. Stark is politically active and often questions his superiors' orders, but General Ravenlocke likes his "jackass" style, hence why he hasn't been demoted to Ensign yet.


Name: Jens Stark
Species: Human (Thyferran)
Occupation: Thyferran Ambassador in Eriadu
Bio: The uncle, and guardian, of Jiuan Stark, Jens has grown up with politics and lived with it his entire live, and after re-establishing diplomatic contact with the Eriaduan Imperium after a embarrasing incident with the former ambassador, he was chosen as the successor. He raised Jiuan after the death of his parents, and always taught him to stay far away from politics, but he has failed, as Jiuan also displays political interest, but that was probably what he wanted in the first place.



Church of Truth


Name: Lorris Blackholder
Occupation: High Preist of the Church of Truth
Bio: Founder of the church, Lorris had a troubled childhood. Born to two Jedi he seemed the most promising force-user destined to be a Jedi, but it was not to be. His parents both were called upon to fight in a battle against the Brotherhood of the Night. Both died, and Lorris witnessed the destruction, that night he swore to destroy antyone who could do this, be their intentions good or bad. Years later he founded the church of truth, not even the circle know that he can use the force, and he knows that he will have to commit suicide at the end of the grand crusade.

Name: Carri Planor
Occupation: Circle Priest of the Curch of Truth, Advisor to Jabus Hemorzzin
Bio: One-time lover of Lorris she has devoted her whole life to the Church's grand crusade. Her motivation came when her father was dragged away by the Brotherhood and she never saw him again, she stubbornly believes that her father is alive, but she knows that he is dead, deep down. Since then she wandered for a few years, trying to find something to fill the void her father's dissapearance left. Then she found the Church and devoted her life to it, she has become so devoted to the cause, so much she will give up anything, or do anything for the cause.

Name: Einar Bahir
Occupation: Mercenary
Bio: A Quarren male, Einar grew up on Mon Calamari and left the planet with the death of his family. He is a mysterious being, and conceals most of his history. He gathered a large crew of elite mercenaries, and they captured an Imperator Class Heavy Cruiser. They managed to refit it to carry a hangar able to field four fighter squadrons. The Cossack as it has been aptly renamed, waits near Thyferran space, ready to serve the highest bidder.


Job: Bothan Adxmiral
Species: Bothan
Bio: Bothawui is known as the spy center of the galaxy. Anyone controling it's vast intelligence resources would have a great advantage. The Bothan Defence Fleet was created in order to ensure that Bothawui would always remain free. It was consodered an honor to serve in the B.D.F., and it still is, though the honor is weakening through the Galactic Conflict that has torn through the galaxy. Spies are used more than soldiers, and Bothans have always been spies first and foremost. The Bothan fleet was never dispanded.

This is where Alrick Nalain'fey enters the picture. Born to a rich Bothan family, he showed an inaptivity for spying that was bordering the lines of impossibility. He showed a much greater potential for military tactics, and was tranfered to the Defence Fleet. There he quickly rose through the ranks until he commanded the entire fleet at the esteemed position of Admiral. His skill with strategy was unmacthed by any Bothan, and he was clearly the only real military leader the Bothans had. He commands the Usurper-Class Cruiser Bothawui.

Name: Rackar Frended
Job: Rogue Jedi
Species: Dantooine Human
Bio: A force-sensitive child born on Dantooine, he was taken too the Jedi Temple there for some basic training. He was exiled when he used the dark and lights sides of the Force together, and didn't see what was wrong. He fled Dantooine by hijacking a transport. He landed on Tatoine, in order too stay away from the Jedi. He has one lightsaber, yellow.

Name: Deacon Frost
Occupation: Owner of the Loaded Blaster, Member of the Brotherhood of the Night
Bio: Frost is perhaps the only person in the galaxy who can honestly say that Tionax Mahillia trust him. He has known Tionax since his escape from Korriban, and has been at his side in prison since that time. A perfect shot with a blaster, he is also an ace pilot.

Bio: Abbey is 21 years old. That is all anyone else knows about her. Nobody knows where she comes from, or what she truly is, and nobody will even know, not if she has her way.

Name: Skycus Talell - Victor Von Doom
Job: Space Pirate Leader
Species: Human
Bio: Once on the team of scientists who invented the hyperspace drive, he was kicked from the team because of his ideas. He believed and believes to this day that you should rule with fear. He thought you should beat those who opposed your ideas. These thoughts lead to him losing his job. Using some stolen hyperspace technology he retreated. Slowly he is developing a secret faction. One that one day will be a threat to the Republic.
Name: Cyanus Likadas - Victor Von Doom
Job: Pirate Commander
Species: Human
Bio: He was a high ranking offical until he was sent on a mission to guard a senator. His convoy was intercepted by pirets. They killed the senator and his guards. Oddly they were ordered to keep Likadas alive. After meeting the Pirets leader, Talell his old friend he then knew why. He has sworn an oath to the Pirets Alliance.

Name: Klator Defruca - Victor Von Doom
Job: Pirate Admiral
Species: Trandoshan
Bio: Talell's second in command. He had sworn his life to protecting Talell and Talell defected from the Republic Defruca followed. Before he did this though he had his times. He was a top commando, he was top of his class and now he's a piret. He went on a mission to assasinate a senator which ended up being a trap. He lost his arm and leg on his right side. Now he has robotic arm and leg. They are no where near as good as his old body parts, but they will suit him for now...

Name: Kadlrda Zibonious – Victor von Doom
Species: Trandoshan
Job: High Priestess; Leader of the Trandoshan People
Bio: At the age of fourteen she was already becoming the idol for Trandoshan children: a thief, a murder and of course relentless. She soon learned from a priest while in a temple, she was destined to become the High Priestess, the Leader of the Trandoshan people. At the age of twenty her destiny was fulfilled. Now that a government is establishing she fears the worst for her people. She has decided to join Talell's rebellion, only because Klator Defruca is, in secret, her husband.

Name: Jorrda Besadii Tir

Job: Hutt Warlord
Bio: A veteran of the war with Xim the Despot, Jorrda is one of the last warriors among his kind, and one of the oldest. He commands his own loyal followers who admire the great general, but is rapidly losing its power to a younger generation, who have no interest in war, but in crime. He has yet to choose who to side with in the war between Eriadu and the Core.

Bio: The daughter of a mildly prominent dancer on Ryloth, Alluria was born into a seedy underworld of corruption, prostituion and illicit morals. Running off at a young age, Alluria spent several years living off of theft and general petty criminal activity. When offered a chance to go off-world, she took it and was soon under the general command of Garrity Persia, feared space pirate and at the time the most wanted man in the galaxy. She spent 25 years in Garrity's crew, travelling all over the galaxy until finally Garrity Persia retired on Eriadu, under the assumed identity of Lucas Nebboria. Leaving his legacy to her, he entrusted her to continue on the lifestyle of a pirate. ALluria did so admirably, jumping from place to place until fianlly finding a semi-permenant base on Kashyyyk...

Director Darmas Kualan's moment of glory, his claim to fame. The Titan class, so named by history for it's pure destructive power. Hated and feared it was thought a ship for tyrants, not good honest Confed men. The thing is basically a flying gun, it is literally covered in the things. The Chancellor Vice Admiral Trivian's flagship also houses an experimental cannon, able to bombard a planet from orbit.

Dominance class battlecruiser Prototype

This small cruiser has three arms on it, each with four missile bays, much more compact and automated due to Imperious' new desgin. However, logic states that it would be cheaper to use them further back beause of their range, and because of that lower their defensive capabilities for maxium cost efficency.

The Church of Truth

"Deliverance" class light cruiser.
Description: Designed and built purely for the Church of Truth before it's paranoid inquistion, these vessels are hardly even classed as cruisers. They are used mainly for ferrying dignitaries, and escort, and occasionally the capture of heretics. There are only 55 in service.

Crusade" class figate.
Description: A distant ancestor of the Nebulon-class frigate used by the Rebel Alliance, it was a type of ship salvaged by the Church after the Yaga Minor civil war. These ships look very simmilar although it has only a forward section with a long tail, with a small hangar at the end. The tail is the location of many systems and these figates are easily destroyed by larger ships, prone to being split in half. There are only 20 availiable.

Able to hold itself in a fight, then disappear without a trace it is perfectly suited to the Church, who stole it from the Thyferran's and Condfederay's grasp at the last minute.

Rightio, well Tiin is one of the High Council Masters, thus being of the Ossus Temple. So if Pacifica could just edit his previous post to replace 'Coruscant' with 'Ossus' then we can continue our storyline on Ossus

Rackar went into a long thrust, which this Jedi, Tiin if he remebered correctly easily parried. He slashed, parried a thrust, and leaped backwards.

" So you think that you must choose between two choices, Light and Dark.", Rackar said.
" I know that you must not use the Darkside, if you can not control it. It is not one or the other, its mainly one or mainly the other.", Tiin replied.
" And if I told you, that the Jedi and Sith are only two currents in the Force, what would you say."
" Wha... There is only the Light and Dark, evil and good, selfish and selfless.", Tiin replied unsteadily.
" No there is more, much more. I will show you.", Rackar said.

Rackar unleashed a blast of Force Lightning, powered by the Light side. It leaped forward, as Tiin intercepted it with his green saber. Rackar tried a Grip, but it was pushed away. So he tried a new power, one that he had learned in his solitude.

He unleashed a blast of lightning, and flung a piece of duracrete at the Jedi Master. Tiin easily blocked onw with her saber, and the other with the Force. Rackar summoned upon a new power, and unleashed a wave of heat, then cold, alternating. Tiin began too sweat, then shiver, until he got the pattern. So Rackar started letting the waves out randomly. Tiin tried to deflect, but couldn't. Tiin moved forward, sweating and cold. Rackar unleashed a huge blast of lightning, and vanished into the wilderness.

He had learned more then set out for. Now he just had too find a ship before the Jedi found him.

Battle over. Search not over...

Coruscant Underlevels, Secure Vault of Reaper Gang

When Tionax arrived at the Secure Vault of the Reapers, Frost, Vance and Abbey were already waiting. He acknowleged their presence with a nod, and waited for an update from Frost.

"We have a slight problem," he said with a wry smile.
"Whats that?" replied Tionax.
"See for yourself," he said, gesturing at a door across the street.

Tionax removed his goggles and crept across the street, peering through the open doorway. Inside was a massive, high-ceilinged antechamber in front of a gargantuan vault door. In the antechamber was a head guard, five officers and a whole lot of Reaper firepower. Tionax gave a grin, this would be fun. He returned to where Frost was waiting.

"What problem?"
"You can't be serious," said Vance, "there's far to many of them."
"There's only one way to do this, mine. If you can't follow my lead don't come with, you'll just die. Are we all in?"
"Sure," said Frost, a confident first.
"Yeah," said Abbey, less confident than Frost but showing little fear.
"Vance?"
"I umm, I, yeah okay I'm in."
"Good, then lets go. I'll go in first. When it hits the fan you three come in and keep them off my back."

Tionax walked back across the street and entered the building. He drew his lightsabres, and held them out beside him. All of the assembled troops raised their weapons, ready to shoot. Behind him, Vance swallowed, scared out of his mind. Tionax activated his sabres and rolled forward to miss the first volley. This manoeuvre brought him in line with the first line of troops. he swung, decapitating the first two and swinging around to stab a further two.

And so it started. The other three entered and added their own fire to Tionax's irresistable advance. Vance took a shot at Tionax's back, and barely missed, his shot instead taking out a reaper who had the same idea. The firefight lasted for almost an hour, with Tionax never faltering, never pausing. When every single reaper was dead where he lay, Tionax went around the room, deftly severing their heads, his calling card.

They moved forward to the vault door. Vance blew open the door and they moved forward, taking in the vast treasury that lay before them. A floater sat in the middle of the vault, ready to be loaded with loot. When the floater was loaded Tionax turned to Vance. He punched him in the face, knocking him back. Before he hit the ground Tionax was behind him, drving his knee into the back of his skull, keeping him in the air. Time seemed to as Vance sailed through the air. Tionax jumped, spinning in the air before kicking him in the face, snapping his neck and pitching him forward into the back of the vault.

He returned to the antechamber, retrieving a reaper's body, its head and the crudely made lightsabre it was wielding. He put the lightsabre in Vance's hand and sat the reaper in front of him. Investigating security police would be unable to determine how his neck got broken, but they would get one look at the lightsabre in his hand and assume that he was at least one of the people responsible for this attack. When they returned to the bar he would slice into the hall of records and remove any trance of his existance, thus removing suspicion from him and Frost.

They left in the floater, unopposed, leaving behind a massacre.

JEDI TEMPLE - OSSUS

"We must go after him!" Tiin leapt up, but saw that the intruder had disappeared.

Spinning round, he saw Seena burst out from one of the bays nearby on a speeder bike, revving the engines as she did. Jumping onto the back, Tiin pointed forward and ordered,

"After him, I'll sense where he is."

Seena gave a nod as her response, and accelerated the bike in a big spurt forwards. It was not long till they saw the intruder attempting to escape in the wilderness, and Tiin leapt from the bike and landed in front of the Rogue Jedi.

"I shall ask you once more, surrender or ------" Tiin was cut off by a huge blast of Lightning being sent to him once again, and at the close range he was it knocked him back just far enough for Rackar to continue on his way.

"Master!" Seena yelled as she sped the bike towards Rackar, who turned suddenley, his saber ignited.

Seena leapt from the bike and onto the hard ground with a thud seconds before Rackar sliced the bike's engine, sending a fiery inferno into the ground nearby. Leaping up, Seena ignited her blue saber and charged Rackar, who parried her first blow, and then her second, before engaging his own counter-attack.

Tiin also joined in the fight. Calling upon the Force, he made an enormous jump from where he lay to Rackar, stabbing forwards with his green blade. Rackar managed to deflect that one attack, but had to return quickly to block Seena's renewed assault,leaving him open to a slice from Tiin's blade, which caught him on the back of the leg, causing the Rogue Jedi to fall down.

Tiin and Seena held their lightsabers to Rackar's throat, and Tiin said in a stern cold voice,

"You are under arrest, Rackar Frendad."

Rackar just let a small hiss, and leapt forwards across the ground, merely millimeters above the dirty wilderness surface, away from the two Jedi. The two turned to face him, but he had already used the Force to sprint away at an amazing pace. Seena made to follow, but Tiin grabbed her shoulder and said,

"No, do not follow. We shall report this to the Council."

If you wish, DSF, you can begin the Council Meeting, or I can. I'll let you decide

"No, the question is are you a stupid man? The answer, yes" said Lorris. All his men drew blades as one and stabbed them into members of the crew. A warning light flashed on one of the consoles, but no one noticed as blaster fire went soaring around the bridge. Five out of six of Lorris' guards fell in the volley. Lorris stepped over his third corpse towards Tollor, when he and everyone on the bridge was blown off their feet and went crashing into something. Three men died, two Core, and the last Priest. Silently, Lorris cursed.

"What in the name of the force was that" roared the ship's captain
"Reports are saying a huge section has been blown out of the stern" the Mon Calamari yelled back "We've lost the hangar and port escape pods, plus we've no access to the starboard, if this ship goes down so do we!"

The captain rounded on Lorris, spittle flying "This was you wasn't it you decrepid old creep! What have you done?"
"Everyone is willing die for the crusade" Lorris said, the captain got the answer right away

"You rammed us you old..." but he was cut short by another crash
"Starboard engine" came the shout from the Calamari at the damage report "We won't be spaceworthy much longer"
The captain, despite the situation didn't panic "First, what is this crusade of yours?" he asked Lorris, voice deathly quiet
"The Church of Truth seeks to cleasnse the galaxy of those wild and dangerous beings who weild the force" Lorris said cool, the captain was about to shout some obsecenity, howver Lorris cut him short "but now you have a choice, first call of your naval platoon and join us, or this ship will be destroyed"
"Another ship coming in sir" yelled that Mon Calammari, genuine terror in his voice. The captain's face was pained and frightened as he gave his reply...

That should do, and Persia, Lorris is very upset that his Church is in 'Other Characters', upset set enough to call you a heritic "All Force users are now enemies of the galaxy" ~ Lorris Backholder

Jens turned off the holoprojector and turned around to have a glance of the Eriadu skyline, it was beatiful, and a symbol of the Eriaduans' wealth, which they had archieved through trade, not war, though they had conquered quite alot territory, they had never fought a vicious all-out war like the Thyferrans had, what military they had was completely geared towards peacekeeping, and Jens doubted that they would fare well in battle, but he had been ordered to request an alliance between the Alliance and the Eriadu Imperium, and so he would.

He had a meeting with Emperor Thano, where he would deliver the request.

I'm still not home yet but I have managed to sneak away to a computer so lets see if I have enough time to post!

"What!" Andora growled as she found herself rising to her feet.

"He killed one Knight before fleeing away into the forest," Tiin continued, "We pursued him but he mnanaged to escape."

Terrag let out a low sigh before asking, "And his ship?"

"It is destroyed," Tiin said with a short nod, "He is currently trapped, but he is angry, and dangerous."

"We need to put the accademy on full lock down," Andora ordered as she turned to a nearby comm unit. Hitting the on button she contacted the security and ordered the temple to be locked down and for guards to be placed. She also ordered all ships to be secured and she made sure they knew to change the access codes for all the ships and doors leading into the temple to assure that Rackar would not be able to escape. Of course all of the guards would be Jedi, and Andora knew it would only be a matter of time before the Rouge Jedi was discovered,

"How did he manage to escape from you?" asked Teno'Va. Teno'Va was one of the six Jedi COuncil members, he was a Togruta Jedi with a knack for getting into places that seemed impossible.

"He was using the Dark Side of the forces, and he even used some force powers I have never seen before," Tinn replied, "We also were trying not to kill him, we only wanted to capture him. He on the other hand had no problem with trying to kill us."

"Should a Jedi team be sent out after him?" asked a quiet, yet rough voice. Andora turned to regard Stranger, he was one of the older Jedi Masters on the council. She wasn't certain of his age though she knew he was around 400 years old. He was also a Miraluka, and thus kept his eyes always covered and hidden.

"I do not think there is any need to do so," said Terrag, "He has no where to go, sooner or later he will have to come here to get a ship, and when he does we will need to be waiting for him."

"But if we leave him out there he may cause more harm then he already has," a gravely voice grated. Master Ool Venoo was the oldest member of the council. He was a Neti, and from what Andora had heard he was close to being 2,000 years old.

"The Temple should be safe now that it is locked down, and we will know as soon as he appears. All the guards travel in groups of three, Rackar will not be able to overpower them all," Tiin said, "But it wouldn't hurt to send someone out to get him."

"Very well a Jedi team will be sent," said Terrag. He paused as if thinking then said, "Master Andora and Tiin, you two and your padwans will go and find Rakcar. Bring him back, we may be able to help him yet."

Okay I am creating temporary Bios of all the Lead Jedi Council Members so they cannot be killed off. If anyone wants to use them that is fine, and if you want to maybe kill/maim/fight one then just talk to me

Name: Teno’Va
Occupation: Jedi Council Member
Species: Togruta
Age: 62
Bio: Teno’Va was born to a middle class family and found early on by the Jedi Order. He was discovered to have an amazing force potential and was taken for training right away. His Master was a previous Jedi Council Member and together the two formed an unbreakable team. They completed numerous missions and by the time he was 29 Teno’Va was a Jedi Knight. He and his master still went on missions together, their last mission together was actually going to stop the Jedi Rouge and later Dark Jedi Dreadnaught who was leading an insurgent on the planet of Contruum. Teno’Va’s master led the Jedi team sent to capture Dreadnaught. Together he and his master, along with four other Jedi Knights infiltrated the palace where Dreadnaught was rumored to be. They confronted the Dark Jedi and attacked him but Dreadnaught was a better fighter then anyone of them had ever seen. He slaughtered the Knights with ease before continuing to attack Teno’Va and his master. In the end his Master was beheaded and his nearly lost his head. Teno’Va managed to flee however and retunred to Ossus to tell of yet another failed attempt to capture Dreadnaught. Realizing the severity of the situation the Jedi Council leader Terrag Amayo led another team to capture Dreadnaught. Teno’Va went with them and this time they captured and subdued the beast. He however managed to escape later on, but since he has not been seen nor heard from. The council voted and decided that Teno’Va should take his masters place. He has served for nearly 35 years on the Council and is a wise and powerful member. He also has trained three padawans already and all have achieved Knight Status, one of them even becoming a Master.

Name: Stranger
Occupation: Senior Jedi Council Member
Species: Miraluka
Age: Around 400 years
Bio: Stranger is one of the most powerful and mysterious members on the Council. He is the smallest Jedi Council Member, but one of the quickest and deadliest. He wields a rare silver lightsaber with power and knowledge that besets that of most in the order. His command of the force is also surprising, he is wise and powerful and very highly respected. He is also one of the quieter members in the order, not always speaking, but when he does one should take heed and listen to what he says. Stranger has served for nearly 300 years on the Jedi Council and is one of the older and most respected members. Stranger has also lived way past the life span of a regular Miraluka. Many believe that the force alone sustains him, which makes people wonder how powerful he really is.

Occupation: Jedi Council Member
Species: Neti
Age: Around 2,000 years
Bio: The Oldest member of the Jedi Council, Ool Venoo has been on the council for over a thousand years. He is a skilled diplomat and also the Jedi Librarian. Although he is the oldest and by far the wisest member he still submits to Terrag’s decisions and bides by what he has to say. He is the father figure to most of the padawans at the temple and almost everyone in the galaxy has heard of him before. He is a well known and loved Jedi master, respected and cherished by all.

Andora Venorr

Andora slipped on her outer Jedi robe before grabbing her lightsaber and clipping it onto her belt. Making sure she was ready she turned and exited from her room, walking down the long hall way and heading for the outside of the temple. Most of the Jedi who were around were on patrol though some classes were still going on under the careful eye of Masters.

As she walked outside she headed for the gardens off to the North. The Jedi she passed bowed and she greeted most of them, trading words with some while merely nodding to others. She ignored most of the lungful stares she got from the young boys and teenages she passed. Being an Angel her beauty was unparalleled by any other in the Jedi Order. She was used to getting stares; it was something she had learned to ignore. She didn’t talk much to most people she came across, on a normal day she would have spent more time talking to the others, but today she had a mission to accomplish. The Council had ordered her and Tiin to find the Rouge Jedi and bring him back to the temple. The Council still hoped that something could be done to help Rackar though only time would tell for sure.

Letting out a soft sigh Andora followed the stone pathways through the grass, flowers, and exotic trees as she headed for the Thousand Fountains. She and Tiin had agreed to meet there to discuss how to best go about hunting down Rackar. “You are disturbed,” a rough yet quiet voice said from behind her.

Surprised she turned to see Stranger standing behind her. She bowed and replied, “Yes… I cannot help but feel maybe there was something more we could have done to help Rackar.”

“It was his own choice to turn to start using the Dark Side,” Stranger replied as he came walking up beside Andora. “There is more to it then that isn’t there?”

“Yes,” Andora allowed. “It’s been almost two years since Chet was killed,” she said, referring to her dead husband.

“Ahhh…,” Stranger said knowingly, “it is always hard to deal with the death of a loved one.”

“Yes,” Andora replied, “He was one of the many we lost to Dreadnaught; it’s been hard without him, especially with my son. He has had trouble dealing with the loss of his father, but there is more to it then that.”

She hesitated but Stranger had already predicted what she was going to say. “You are afraid that Rackar may follow the same path as Dreadnaught?”

“Hasn’t he already,” replied Andora, “He has already given into the darkness. Even if he personally believes he hasn’t we all know he has. He killed a Jedi Knight who was just trying to stop him! He would have killed others to if Master Tiin and Seena hadn’t chased him off.”

“Maybe he has given into Darkness,” Stranger allowed, “But no one is ever beyond saving, remember that Andora.”

With a smile and a small bow he turned and walked away, leaving Andora to mull over what he had said. In a matter of minutes she was at the fountains and had found Tiin and his padawan Seena Litasha waiting for her by one of the many fountains in the outer courtyard surrounding the temple.

Approaching them she bowed and once they had done the same she asked. “Do you have any idea of where we should be looking?”

“Some,” Tiin said with a curt nod of his head. “Rackar fled into the North and we can only speculate on where he is going. There is nothing but forest and wilderness for miles around, he has no place to go.”

“He might master,” Seena spoke up. Stepping forward she said, “He could have already planned that this would happen, for all we know he has a ship waiting for him.”

“Possible,” Andora allowed, “But Rackar was never one to think that far ahead. My guess is that he is simply hiding out there till he can find a chance to slip in and steal a ship.”

“So you think he is close by?” asked Tinn.

“For sure,” Andora nodded, “He is probably within a couple Kilometers of the temple.”

“Let’s start looking for him, with the force as our ally we should hopefully be able to find him pretty soon,” Tiin replied.

The Jedi trio left the confines of the mighty Jedi Temple, and the huge gates were locked tightly behind them, the sentinels assigned to guard the entrance making sure the Temple was still under complete lockdown once the search team had left.

"Master Venorr," Tiin said to his fellow Councillor as they began their trek northwards, "What do you think our chances are of bringing Rackar back alive?"

"As high as we choose to make it, Master Tiin." Andora replied, a slight cryptic hint in her voice.

Tiin, never one for cryptical sayings, said, "So basically you're saying it could go either way?"

Before Master Venorr could reply to Tiin's comment, however, Seena called to the two Masters from where she stood a short distance ahead of them.

"What is it Seena?" asked Tiin as he and Andora quickened their pace to catch up.

"From this point on there is softer ground, soft enough to leave footprints in. Look....." Seena explained, pointing to a faint trail of tracks, leading away from the direction the Temple was in.

"Looks like our quarry," Tiin said, "We should follow the trail, it'll lead us right to Rackar."

"I'm not sure," Andora cut him off, "Don't you agree that footprints are indeed slightly.......obvious?"

"Master Venorr," Tiin replied to her, "Rackar Frendad was in a state of panic and desperation when he left the Temple. The last thing he would have worried about would have been whether or not he was leaving tracks on the ground."

"I disagree, Master, with all due respect," Seena spoke up, before adding, "What if we're SUPPOSED to follow these tracks?"

"Seena, young Padawan, Rackar lacks the intelligence to develop any kind of trap." Tiin insisted, before proceeding forwards along the trail.

Within a few steps a large deadly-pointed log flew out of one of the nearby tree-huddles and went straight for Tiin. His reflexes serving him well, he managed to spin round and cut down the lethal log before it hit him, but it did not excuse the fact that the trail was indeed booby-trapped.

"I stand corrected," Tiin said to Andora and Seena, who were looking around, wary for more traps.

"But the fact that this trail is booby-trapped merely supports the fact that he went this way. Let us make haste. I shall tread first, so make sure you place your feet where and only where I have placed mind beforehand." he continued, before beginning to proceed along the trail some more.

The team did not know where the trail was going.

But Rackar did.

I am sorry Pacifica2 but your post is to unrealisitic. Rackar cannot create a ship through the force, even if he is using another "current". That is to unrealisitc and I think everyone will agree with me.

Coruscant Underlevels, Loaded Blaster

Several days had passed since the incident at the vault, and Abbey was getting increasingly frustrated by the lack of information from both Tionax and Frost. When she went to Frost, he told her to ask Tionax, and the one time she had seen Tionax, he ahd told her that Frost probably knew. She knew that Frost was expecting Tionax again tonight, and was determined to get some answers.

She and Frost were seated at the table again, playing cards, waiting for Tionax. When Tionax arrived she barely acknowledged his presence. He looked to Frost, who shrugged then looked back at her.

"What's the problem sweetheart?" he said.

She glared at him for a moment.

"Why'd you kill Vance?"
"Cause he tried to do me first."
"What are you talking about? We were all shooting, how do you know it wasn't me or Frost?"
"I've known Frost for most of my life, or the part that I can remember anyway, and in that time I have never seen him miss a target with a blaster. If it was him who tried, I wouldn't be here. Second you were using a different blaster to Vance and Frost, a smaller version that spits out red energy beams. Frost and Vance's beams were green. The reapers bolts were also red. So if I'm still here and the bolt that missed me was green, then it had to be Vance."
"And the rest of it? The framing him for the job? What was that about."
"Kid, you are going to find in life that everyone has a superior, whether it be godlike, or a more powerful being, there is always someone else. My boss told me to keep my face out of the news, so if dragging Vance's name through the mud means doing that, then that's what I'm going to do."
"You, answer to someone, I don't think so."
"And this is based on the whole week that you've known me?"
"Yeah, thats right. Whats his name then?"
"Ask Frost."
"You're an ass," said Frost from across the table.
"Why should I ask him? Is he your boss?"
"Don't worry about it, kid, you wouldn't understand."
"Try me."
"You couldn't comprehend how I could kill Vance, I really doubt that you could even begin to understand whats going on here."

Abbey said nothing. Deep down she knew he was right, but that didn't stop it from annoying the hell out of her. If they only knew who she really was, then they'd respect her, they'd treat her as an equal.

I figured I should put at least a brief Bio for Frost and Abbey

Rackar wacthed the 3 jedi tangle there way through his traps and pitfalls. They made good effort, but with the complicated circular formation he had draw, it would take them days too find him. He could use those days too use another current. He summoned up a spy from his mind, a mind spy. What he was doing was a rare technique, and he doubted any of the Jedi, or Sith would know about it. Everyone had an army that protected there mind, and for those who knew how, you could use your army, one that builds it self up without any direction from the person, too invade anothers mind.

Rackar sent many spies to each of the Jedi's mind. This would take time, lots of time.

OOC: Yes, they are right Pacifica2. You can't just make a ship with the force.

However, feel free to bring your character down to Eriadu. I'm sure I can think of something interesting to do.

Also, I have given Moff Yittreas creative control over Arwen Natta in order to free me up for more important story elements. I have some things planned thast are pretty large, so I need all the help I can get.

"Perhaps gentlemen, we should consult Lord Imperious once again?" Higlark Kast said, a faint whispher of exasperation crossing over his face. "That's another thing, I don't trust Imperious at all. For all we know, he could be feeding Xim information of our plot." Kast shook his head. "I've already insured Imperious is being honest. I've recorded these sessions, and I have the evidence to have him deactivated. Besides, computers are not capable of lying."

Rear Admiral Jaspar Felidoron shook his head. "Then why isn't the royal family dead yet? We've been waiting for over a year and Imperious's mythical Army has yet to appear." "I assure you gentlemen, it is quite real. Imperious has finished his design for the War Droid and already has begun producing them. He still requires more time to build enough to be effective."

A few around the table snorted. "I will believe them when I see them. Not only that, but Xim still has over 40 brothers and sisters! Surely, they will suceed his death." Higlark shook his head. "The military is stronger now then it ever has been in Eriadu history, they will need our support. Besides, our main goal is the removal of Arwen and Xim. The public would never support us. In addition to that, we simply can't kill all of them. There are dozens of them, like an infestation. I wonder how Peter was able to stay awake long enough to govern, let alone do so as well as he did."

"That may be years in the future. However, currently, we currently have two ambassadors down here, in addition to the Supreme Thyferran Commander." Several of the officers began snickering like younlings. One of them picked up a solid gold bowl and started passing it around. "Ten to one she's slept with all three before the end of the next third Galactic Standard Day." Several scoffed. "I'd take those odds if it was with all three, otherwise, it's just a sucker bet." Higlark removed some credit chips from his pocket which could have bought a Star Crsuier and tossed them in the bowl. "I'm in. What about Commander Rath Miransi? I'm sure he has more insight about this then the rest of us."

The officers around the table broke into scattered laughter, even Higlark, who usually was known as an extremely serious man. "It was only once!" Rath protested. "Ignoring a direct order from the Empress is a serious offense." He straightened his jacket. "Besides, one of my companions suggested it." They all nodded knowingly. "A likely excuse. How much?" Rath sneered and tossed in some chips. "There."

A few of the others grumbled about "Throwing credits intoa nova" and "may as well pay my taxes" as they placed their bets. "Now, who's up for a sabbac game?" The cards were broken out and Higlark dealed. "I still say we should have let Imperious in on the wager." "Have you been spaced? You're going to gameble with a computer who's processors takes up more space than this ship? Why don't you just give me all your money instead. At least I would enjoy it."

A young man with hair fading into white, blue, pink, and black stood on a mound covered by teal grass. A soft breeze forcing the blue leaves from their white trees. A blue glow Eminated from a pair shaped fruit hanging from one of the branches. A light chirp was heard throughout the forest, some moonlight beamed down creating a purple lighting through the small openings in the tree's many leaves.

The great majority of wildlife on the planet were herbivores. A tiny bug with four legs coming from a small spherical shaped head skittered about, leaving a trail of soft shining webbing across the floor.

A little animal the size of a mouse hopped out of its hole. It had large round pure black eyes, a furry long face, tiny legs, and a small tail. It hopped from place to place, grabbing leaves as it went.

The young man smiled at the cute little creature as it bounced about with a collection of fading leaves and then arrived at its home, covering the entrance with leaves bitten into odd shapes and placed on the door. Looking about it made sure to keep a wary eye out before grabbing a blue diamond shaped glowing nut from its home and hopping away with it.

A Bird jumped out of a hollowed out house in the tree, and onto the branch with the new glowing fruit. The bird had a long blue beak with green feathers and yellow legs. It hopped to the end of the branch, and fed on the glowing fruit from the top, making sure the plumb like fruit did not spill its nutrients.

Once it sucked out the juice, it tore the skin of the fruit off, taking it back inside its hole and letting a blue diamond shaped glowing nut fall to the ground.

The furry little mouse came back and cautiously hopped toward the nut, grabbing it. The young man moved his head closer with his index finger out for it to sniff but once he was spotted the thing shoved the nut up its mouth and darted away at amazing speed.

The forest truly was an amazing place, filled with wonders. "mother and father never bother to look at the little things." he thought. A voice rose over the hills in the background "salan! where are you?" letting out a groan Salan stood up and then ran off toward the voice

Sullust, Governor's Palace

"So today, we can truely say that Xim has been lost to us. He has insensibly corrupted by the harlot-empress. She has disgcraced our name. Her financial expenditures have continued to run a defecit, thanks to her lavish subsidies for her vaious favored professions in addition to the lavish parties. Eriadu, imagine, having financial troubles!" The others nodded sagely. "Ist is unfortunate, but our beloved brother must die with his 'Empress'."

Kyle Thano scowled as he thought of his brother. "A pity father is not here, he would surely have deposed Xim before it was too late." Natalina Thano daintly picked at one of the lavish deserts set before her before she interjected "But how? That accursed computer Imperious is the most effective security system ever devised. He has redundant back-ups of back-ups for every internal system. Nothing short of bombing the Capitol City into dust is going to get past him."

"We won't have to. I believe I know of an organization that can accomplish this for us." The small crowd of Thano's assembled around the table stared intently, waiting. "The Jedi Order is the logical choice. if there is anything in the galaxy Imperious cannot fight or defend against, it is the force.." Several scoffed. "The Jedi would never do that. Their philosophy of non-violence unless directly attacked would insure that."

"Everyone has their price. Besides that, do any of you have any better solutions? I shall travel to Ossus and see what I can do." Kyle got up from the table. "Any objections?" There were none. Kyle Thano, older brother to Xim Thano by 25 years, left Sullust in his personal yacht, headed for Ossus to visit the Jedi Council.

Eriadu

"Gentlemen" Imperious's monotonic voice boomed in the large suite where the three visitors to Eriadu were being kept. "I regret to inform you that Emperor Thano is currently bus celebrating his wife's birth. Consequently, you may have to wait a short period of time until he is able to grant an audience. However, not all is lost. You, of course are welcome to join in the festivities if you wish. In addition..."

The two amabassadors listened to Imperious drone on at length. Jens interrupted "I do not wish to disturb his magesty, but this is extremely important bussiness! The course of galactic history could-" Jutt Locasta elbowed the Thyferran ambassador and bowed in front of where he thought Imperious's voice was coming from. "I represent the Confederacy of Core Worlds. I demand" he was stopped by a blow to the side of the head by Jens. The ambassador was brought to the ground, but not before kicking a blow to the leg of the Thyferran ambassador, bringing them both down on the ground.

Soon they were on each other, punching, clawing and jabbing at each other. Immedietely, two large guards came and dragged the two away from each other. "A most embarassing scene." Imperious said, "Higlark will want that one."

"WHy don't you gentlemen attend the party Mistress Arwen is currently holding?" The COnfederacy ambassador grunted, indicating he was not in the mood for festivities. The Thyferran ambassador on the other hand, decided it might be enjoyable. "Lead the way!"

Imperious - Bridge

Captain Riken stood on the bridge of his vessel, staring out into the great vastness of the galaxy. The Imperious was responding to a plea for help from a mining station. They said they were under attack by pirate raiders. "Sir!, I've got multiple bogeys on radar! Two squadrons of fighters and 1 frigate at 8o'clock!" The scanners officer blurted out. "Helm, bring us about to face the frigate. Tactical, ready the pulse cannons to fire at the frigate and order the quad lasers to target the fighters!" Captain Riken said. "Sir, the pulse cannons are locked on and ready to fire. Waiting for the green light.". "Fire.". The lights on the bridge dimmed almost completely, then there was a briliant flash of light as the cannons fired a pulse burst.

The pulses flew towards the frigate, Riken could barely see the frigates last bid for survival as it tried to get out of the pulses path. It wasn't enough though and the pulses impacted on the frigates hull, burning giant holes in it and ripping off layer after layer of armor. One of the pulses hit the ships reactor and it detonated, killing what was left of the ship. The 2 fighter squadrons were nearly finished off, and Captain Riken started to smile. His smile of victory.

"Radiological Alarm! They've got nukes!" the scanners officer yelled. Rikens smile quickly turned to a grin as he turned to face the bridge crew. "Comm, tell the crew to brace for impact! Tactical, raise the blast armor and order all lasers to blow that thing out the sky!" Riken said as quickly as he posibly could with it still being understandable. He and the rest of the bridge crew braced for possible impact.

The quad lasers spun around to face the nuke and started to fill the space around it with laser blasts. The nuke had a small profile, and thus made it a hard target to hit for the inaccurate lasers. But one of the laseres hit the nuke dead on, and it detonated. The blast was close to the ship though, and its shockwave hit the Imperious. After holding on for his life, captain Riken asked for a report. "No casualties, but numerous injuries. The shields are down and we've sustained some light hull damage, but nothing serious.". Good, Riken thought. "Organize a search-and-rescue team consisting of some marines and medics. I want to look for survivors on the mining colony. I will lead it." Captain Riken said as he walked off the bridge.

Lavek moved lazily about his daily routine. Things had been easy here on Ossus for years now. He'd moved from Corellia because the risk of being discovered by historians or xenobiologists was too great there. Lavek's family was uncharacteristicly bold for Styrols.

It's not as though they wanted to be discovered for what they were. Just that they refused "not to live" as Lavek's father had put it. He on the other hand was content to do just that. He'd hollowed out a home for himself, and lived quite comfortably in a makeshift house beneath the dirt, within a couple kilometers of the jedi temple. There was a nearby stream that made life very easy since his eel-like species required so much water.

Lavek sat on a chair made from sticks that had been banded together with vines and sanded smooth with rough rocks. The slight purple pulsing phosphorescent glow that illuminated the room from his "wings" was soothing even to him. Though some times it would take on a slightly higher tint of blue when one of the jedi would aproach the area he was hidden in.

But something was differant today from the countless others he'd spent here. The glow turned red. Lavek's black eyes looked to the ceiling of his underground hut, and his forked tungue flicked the air. Someone... or something was using the dark side of the force.

Arwen Natta, Empress of Eriadu, looked around the massive dining hall. It was packed with courtiers, officials, and others who simply wished to curry the favor of the Empress. Their numbers spilled out of the dining hall, through the palace and gardens, and into the streets.

Too bad for those poor commoners out there. They're missing our little performance, she thought as she continued to dance on the tabletops in a fashion highly reminiscent of her prior occupation. She had a few friends and former coworkers alongside her who added to the excitement of the partygoers. Then again, Natta was fairly excited herself over the Thyferran ambassador, Stark. And since it was her birthday, she'd make sure he was her gift.

You've dragged your feet on this, wasted several hours of my life and had me walk you through this, even giving you the ideas for the actual post, and this is what I get? I'm sorry, but this simply isn't going to fly.

Seriously Moff, you're probably older than me at this, and this is what you hand me after days of instruction, and literally hours of me talking and waiting through this? My posts were this short over a year ago. Frankly, I expected more. I expected some level of competency, especially since this is really what you're known for.

This just doesn't effect me. I detailed to you how I needed this party wrappe up so that tomorrow I could continue the story. Do you really think all the other characters want to wait around forever? You've failed, utterly. I'm sorry to say this, but bringing you here was a mistake. Okay Pacifica2, just to let you know that force power Rackar is using is called a “Force Probe” and it is known by both Jedi and Sith. It can be used to read others thoughts/emotions.

Andora Venorr

Andora let out a frustrated sigh. With a flick of her wrist she sent the spiked log coming at her hurtling away into the forest. At first the traps had been troublesome and frustrating, but over time they had become more of an annoyance then a bother. She didn’t know what Rackar was thinking. If he thought these traps were actually going to stop two of the orders most prestigious Jedi then we thought wrong.

Tiin was walking along beside her when a hole suddenly appeared at his feet. In the blink of an eye he flipped over the hole and continued walking along as if nothing had happened. Seena was faring fine to, traveling behind the masters with caution. Andora had to admit that the young girl was performing admirably; Tiin had done a great job in teaching her. She suspected that Seena would soon become a Jedi Knight within the next couple of years.

Tiin suddenly froze in front of her and let out a growl. “What is it?” Andora asked.

“I think he is leading us in circles,” Tiin growled.

Andora herself had about had it, but a Jedi does not know anger. Taking a calming breath she slowly raised her hands above her head and said, “I think I know a way we can find him.”

Tiin stepped back from her and Seena did the same, a look of puzzlement on her face. Many in the Jedi Order had heard of Andora’s almost mystic ability over storms and the weather. Some claimed it was an ability inherited by her ancestors. Others said that the Angels had long ago learned to control the storms on their home planets and that Andora’s ability was only natural.

She actually had no idea where or how she had received her gift. She only knew that with a single thought she could summon a storm to engulf a city or a bolt of lighting to incinerate a person. She could command the wind to help her fly, or call hail stones the size of ships from the sky. One thing she had learned early on however was to be careful with her ability, if she didn’t keep things under control there was always the possibility that a storm would develop beyond her and go wild. Such a thing could have devastating affects and she had already promised herself to make sure nothing like that ever happened.

Andora’s hands slowly came together above her head, drawing them down towards her waist she took a deep breath and planted herself firmly on the ground as she called on the force. A smirk rose on her face as she felt the cool energy of the force rush into her body, filling her with energy and power. “You may want to brace yourselves,” she warned Seena and Tiin as she closed her eyes.

She suddenly pushed her hands into the air and at once a violent wind appeared out of no where. The air immediately began to howl and moan as the fierce breeze coiled around the three Jedi. Their robes fluttering and whipping around them Seena and Tiin watched as Andora slowly lifted up into the air, letting the wind carry her. Seena’s mouth was open in shock but Tiin was merely smiling. He had seen Andora work before and though it still amazed him he enjoyed watching her now.

The trees and bushes in the area shook and rustled as the wind rushed around them. Branches and leaves were thrown into the air as the violent breeze twisted them around and sent them flying. Seena and Tiin merely watched as Andora floated higher and higher in the air. Then a strong gust of wind picked up both Seena and Tiin and sent them hurtling into the air right by Andora.

“WHOA!” Seena screamed as she struggled to grab something in as she was whisked through the air.

“Relax padawan,” Zinn said with a calm smile, “Master Venorr has perfect control over the wind, and she will make sure you won’t fall.”

“Of course master,” the young girl replied with a nervous lick of her lips.

The wind that was lifting them seemed to calm down and soon they couldn’t even notice that the wind was holding them up. Tiin hovered closer to Andora and asked, “So what is your plan Andora?”

“Nearly the same,” she replied, “The trail Rackar left is obvious and we should be able to follow it from the air. My plan is to follow it till we find him, besides he won’t expect us to becoming from up above!”

Tinn grin at the thought and nodded, “Sounds like a good idea to me, but I wo-” he suddenly froze, his eyes narrowing.

“What’s is it?” Seena asked.

“Rackar, he is trying to access my thoughts through the force,” Tiin whispered as he closed his eyes, “I think I can trace him through the force without him realizing it.”

Andora nodded, “I will keep us aloft, you just find him.”

Dreadnaught

The massive man glared at the holo projector. His red eyes were narrowed into slits as he slowly watched events unfold before him. “Master Aeler Darkvoid was right, this Rackar has proved to be rather rash.”

He watched the young Jedi confront two other Jedi. A short battle ensued and to his surprise Rackar as able to turn and flee into the forest, leaving his opponents behind him. The surveillance droid who was capturing the footage turned to follow Rackar but he quickly pressed the comm. button and ordered, “Wait, we can always hunt down Rackar latter, zoom in on the two Jedi.”

The droid complied and Dreadnaught whistled as Master Tiin’s face along with his padawan Seena appeared on the holo projector. “It seems our Jedi Masters have taken a personal interest into Rackar just as my Master predicted.”

Rising from his seat Dreadnaught stormed through the corridors on his ship and headed for the cockpit. Arriving he sat down at flicked on numerous switches, powering up the small freighter. Red lights and switches flickered to life and he quickly completed a quick flight check as he prepared the ship.

Aeler Darkvoid had foreseen all of this already. When word of Rackar had first come to them he had ordered Dreadnaught to watch the boy carefully, saying that the foolish Jedi would probably end up killing himself. He had of course been right and as Dreadnaught had followed Rackar he had not been surprised to see him go to Ossus. What he could accomplish there Dreadnaught had no idea. Or at least he hadn’t had an idea until he had seen the foolish young man storm the Jedi Academy, kill a Jedi Knight, before fleeing into the forest.

The young man couldn’t have done anything more foolish. He had tried to attack the Jedi’s main stronghold, and then had fled without a ship or anything to protect him. And now he was fleeing in the forest and most likely would be caught and locked away by the Jedi. That is if Dreadnaught didn’t interfere first. With a smirk the giant beast took the controls of the ship and flew forward before angling down toward the surface of Ossus. He had been hiding up in space for long enough. It was now time to give Rackar and official welcome from the Brotherhood of the Night.

Andora

Rackar had made a most foolish mistake. What he didn’t know was that many Iktochi were telepathic. Though most of them weren’t strongly so those with the force were known to have stronger telepathy, some even amazingly so. And Tiin’s telepathy aided with the force allowed him to have a superior mind, more so then Rackar at least. “I’ve got him,” Tiin whispered.

“Is he on to you?” asked Andora.

“Nope, he is unaware and I am making sure he stays that way,” Tiin replied before pointing a little ways away, “He is right over there in that tall tree by the clearing.”

Andora grinned and immediately all the Jedi were whizzing through the air. Seena let out an excited shriek as they rose before plummeting down toward the tree. Aware of Seena’s shout Rackar looked up and nearly fell out of the tree in surprise. He turned and scrambled along the branch before dropping down to the open field below and taking off at a dead sprint.

“Amateur,” Andora said with a grin as they flew over Rackar. She released the others including herself from the wind. Using the force she slowed her fall and did a triple flip before landing smoothly on the ground lightsaber out. She landed right in front of Rackar who let out a startled shout before nearly falling backwards. He managed to right himself and pull out his own yellow blade.

Igniting it with a snap hiss he yelled, “You can’t stop me, I have grown more powerful then even you Master Venorr!”

With a growl he leapt forward, sweeping his blade sideways. Andora turned to the right and parried the blow while swinging her own blade in an upward arc. Rackar’s yellow blade blocked the swipe easily before darting forward to impale Andora. She ducked under the blow and brought her own purple blade down, attempting to chop Rackar at the legs. Stepping backwards he caught her purple blade on his yellow one and shoved both of the blades downwards. For a brief moment the blades locked and both Jedi stood there as they struggled to pull their own lightsaber free.

Though a Master of the force, one of the most powerful in the Order, Andora was one of the worst lightsaber fighters. It wasn’t that she lacked technique or grace. On the contrary she was one of the most graceful fighters, each movement lithe and posed, smooth and angelic. She simply had little talent in the area. Though she could defend herself well and she could beat most of the Jedi Knights and some of the Masters in the Order, she was overall not very good with the blade.

“Why Master,” Rackar hissed, “You surprise me, I expected you to be better with the blade.”

Ducking in under her thrust he popped up under her defenses and punched her hard in the face. Andora let out a surprise as she stumbled backward. The warm sensation of blood dripping from her noise made her grimace but she wiped it off with her sleeve and did her best to shunt the pain away. “My lightsaber skills may not be great, but my skill in the force far outweighs that of your own.”

Stepping forward she pushed her hands out and sent a force wave straight at Rackar. The man tried to block it but was overwhelmed by the sheer power of it. With a cry he went flying backwards, his lightsaber falling from his hands as he landed on the ground hard. With a groan he stood back up to his feet and glared at Andora. Wiping off the dirt and grime from his face he growled, “Not bad, but try to dodge this!”

Raising his hand he summoned his anger and rage and sent it flying out in a blue bolt of lighting. Andora shut off her lightsaber and clipped it to her belt in the blink of an eye as she raised her hands and caught the lighting. Catching the bolts in the palm of her hands she channeled them through her body, adding power before shooting them right back at Rackar.

The Rouge Jedi’s eyes opened in shock and before he could move he was caught in the chest and thrown into the air. He fell hard and Andora heard something crack as he landed. Struggling to his feet, his hand pressed against his bleeding side, he snarled “How did you do that?”

“Underestimating your opponent is the worst mistake you can make,” Andora replied, “Now stand down and surrender and I will not harm you.”

But Rackar was no longer staring at her, instead his gazed was focused on something behind her. Startled Andora turned and nearly collapsed in shock. Hovering meters above the ground was a strange ship, but that was the least of her worries. Below the ship engaged in a ferocious battle were a Tiin, Seena, and a large man she didn’t recognize.

Eyes narrowing Andora studied the attacker. He was a large man, at least 6’5” with arms that were bigger then her head. In his hands were two red lightsabers which he used with startling efficiency. His black cloaked danced around him as he blocked, ducked, and twirled as if the blades were a mere extension of his body. He suddenly seemed to pause in the middle of the battle and looked up, eyes locking with Andora’s. Her blood froze as their eyes locked. The dark beings cold red eyes seemed to bore straight into hers and in an instant she knew who it was. “Dreadnaught…” she whispered in horror.

Rackar himself was absorbed with the fight going on that he didn’t even pay attention to her. Dreadnaught danced and dodged, so smoothly and easily he seemed to be invivncible. Weaving in and out of Seena and Tiin’s strikes he was nearly untouchable. And Andora knew that he probably was, this man had managed to kill numerous Jedi and she was afraid that her two friends would be next. Rackar would have to wait for later, she needed to help them.

Leaping into the air she used the force to boost her and she landed easily a few feet away from the fight. Bright flashes of light and color splashed in the air and sparks flew everywhere as the battle between the three continued on. Andora winced as Seena was tossed into the air by a backwards kicked. Turning she saw Dreadnaught turn his full force on Tiin and knew that if she didn’t step in the Iktochi would die.

Summoning her power she let force a strong blast of wind. It caught the giant man right before he was about to slash down at Tiin. The wind sent him down to the ground with a thud. To her surprise he didn’t seem fazed in the least bit and calmly stood to his feet before throwing one of his blades at her with a howl. Andora reached for her lightsaber but knew she wasn’t going to make it in time. Summoning the force she raised her hand and unleashed a powerful blast of lighting. The lighting connected solidly with the lightsaber and caused it to exploded into a million sparks that went everywhere.

Andora used the distraction to pull out her lightsaber and ignite the purple blade. Seena had already come back to the battle and together the three Jedi approached Dreadnaught. They all held their blade in a defensive pose as they approached the large man. Dreadnaught however did not seem worried in the least bit, instead a large grin was plastered on his face as he stared at the three of them, almost as if he was welcoming the challenge.

Andora didn’t blame him; the large man was legendary for his fighting skills. He knew every fighting style and it was rumored he had even created some of his own. She knew that even together the three of them couldn’t beat him. They needed more help and she knew they probably weren’t going to get any. Looking over toward Tiin she reached out to him with the force, asking him what to do.

He just looked at her, a hopeless expression on his face. That expression turned into one of horror as Dreadnaught suddenly called, “Rackar, do you really follow the pitiful teachings of the Jedi?”

Startled Andora turned and saw that Rackar had come up to the group, his lightsaber in his hand. “I don’t any longer,” he growled, “The Jedi are weak, only applying one way of the force when there are so many to embrace.”

“Then embrace the force!” Dreadnaught roared, “and help me strike down the Jedi!”


They were everywhere, they poured over anything in their way. Like a flood they washed over us all, swept over us as if we were nothing," the old lady whispered, her eyes growing wide as she remembered the horror of the past, "Planets fell, the Jedi crumbled, but we still defeated them and drove them back. But it was not enough, they have returned, they have come once again. The Bando Gora live.

OSSUS

Before Rackar could be given the chance to respond to Dreadnaught's statement, Tiin called upon the Force and blasted Seena and Andora away a short distance, before turning to Dreadnaught and holding his saber aloft.

"Master Venorr! Take Seena and get back to the Temple! I will hold them off!" he yelled, before moving his green blade into an aggressive stance.

"You dare to think you are a challenge to me?" Dreadnaught hissed at the Iktochi.

"Master Tiin....." Andora began making her way back to the where Tiin and Dreadnaught were eyeing each other, wary for who would make the first move.

"Master Venorr, I made my request." Tiin said gruffily, not taking his gaze away from the giant of a man in front of him.

Seena, meanwhile, had turned to Andora and was saying in a pleading voice, tears beginning to form in her blue eyes,

"We cannot just leave him, Master Venorr! As powerful as he is, I don't think Master Tiin can defeat that man!"

Andora looked at Seena, sympathy in her gaze, and replied,

"I shall fulfill Master Tiin's request and get you to safety."

Before Seena could argue, and it did indeed look like she was going to, Andora began conjuring one of her famous Force-Storms, and began lifting the two Jedi into the air. Dreadnaught, meanwhile, made to leap at the two female Jedi and cut off their escape, but Tiin jumped in front, clashing blades briefly, before landing on one knee, ready to pounce once more.

"Don't try to stop me from doing what I wish ever again, Iktochi," Dreadnaught growled at his opponent, before adding, "Not that will have a second chance."

The huge man struck at Tiin, who parried the blow, span round, and tried an attempt at his own strike, which was in turned also blocked and countered. Leaping over Dreadnaught, Tiin called upon the Force and Pushed the behemoth down onto his face. But he was not there for long, and soon he got to his feet and charged Tiin.

Ducking under the first blow and blocking the second, Tiin managed to catch Seena and Andora disappearing over the trees out of the corner of his eye, a mere second before he recieved a sharp kick to the stomach from his enemy. Falling back and hitting the ground with a hard thud, Tiin looked up helplessly as Dreadnaught rounded on him, blade raised.

"Now Jedi, you become a statistic to add to my profile." he hissed as he brought the blade down racing towards to the Iktochi beneath him.

Tiin, however, in one last desperate attempt, slid along the ground forwards, so that the blade missed his chest completely. Unfortunately for the Jedi Master, the blade pinned his Jedi Robes, trapping him even further. His escape attempt had only succeeded in prolonging the inevitable.

Dreadnaught, this time, reached down and grasp the Iktochi by the neck, and began slowly throttling the Master. As his life was choked from him, Tiin called out to the Force for what he believed to be the final time, and brought his lightsaber, from where it lay in the dirt, hurtling towards Dreadnaught's back, igniting as it did.

The blade stabbed into the arm that was choking Tiin, and its giant owner let out a yell of pain as he released his prisoner. Tiin Force-Leapt back, regained himself, prepared his battle stance, and began moving towards the injured Dreadnaught.

"Now, Dreadnaught, your come-uppance is here." Tiin growled as he swung a huge blow at Dreadnaught's head.

What he did not expect was for Dreadnaught's uninjured hand to swing round with his second saber and parry the blow.

And it was no normal parry, for it had huge strength behind it which nearly knocked Tiin off his feet. Quickly managing to regain his balance, the Iktochi assumed a defensive pose just long enough to see Dreadnaught's boot collide with the side of his face, breaking off the lower portion of his horn and sending him flying into a nearby tree.

"You have grown strong......but you are not the Master yet......old Padawan." Tiin said quietly, just loud enough for Dreadnaught to hear.

"DON'T CALL ME THAT!" Dreadnaught roared as he picked up a saber in his good hand, ignited its crimson blade and began rushing towards the injured Jedi Master, who lay with his back pressed up against the tree he had collided with.

"So it ends....." Tiin whispered, a millisecond before the red blade lined up his neck, cut through the flesh, and let his now-one-horned head fall from his body.

Jedi Master Taechor Tiin was no more.

OSSUS - ENROUTE TO THE TEMPLE

Seena suddenley let out a yell of pain and distress. Turning to her in a state of worry, Andora asked in a soothing voice,

"Seena, what is it? What is wrong?"

Then she too felt the disturbance in the Force. She felt the light that represented Master Tiin diminish and the shadow of Dreadnaught grow ever increasingly strong.

"Master Tiin has fallen....." The half-Angel Jedi Master whispered, more to herself than Seena, who was nodding now as tears began to swell up in her eyes.

"That....that.....giant man has killed him." Seena did not know what else to say.

She had always seen Master Tiin as the indestructible, unbeatable Master he had been to her when she was but a young Padawan, fresh from the classes of the Younglings. She thought Tiin would live to be a wise old Jedi, and die peacefully in his sleep, in a place he chose to end his days.

She had never dreamt he could be beaten in a lightsaber duel.

True, she knew that there were other powerful Masters in the Order, such as Master Terrag Amayo, whom were no doubt better skilled with a blade than Tiin was, but she had never realised that there were people outside the Order capabale of slaying a Jedi Master, despite the stories of Sith and Dark Jedi she had been told of as a young girl.

It threw her judgement into disarray

It confused her.

It made her vulnerable.
