There is a glitch in Galactic Conquest when playing as the Empire, when you get near a Consortium or Rebel-controlled world, Rebel units would get mixed in with Consortium units, instantly allying with them. One example is on Kashyyyk, when there is a rebel space station on the planet's orbit and Consortium and Rebel infantry barracks (the latter sporting the yellow Consortium markings) mixed in with each other on the ground, and some Rebel soldiers were fighting against Wookiees, not to mention that the Rebs were also sporting the yellow Consortium colors.

Yeah, FOC seems pretty glitchy. Sometimes, I'd send a fleet to an enemy planet... and it would just get swallowed up. Boom. Like it never existed. Still takes up population, but absolutely no way to access it.
